"Firstly, Bayelsa State doesn't have a Music Industry, it only got a bunch of talented musical artists. So my answer to your question would be,

"1. Financial issues
2. Being too comfortable where they are n not thinking outside of Bayelsa which causes lack of exposure
3. Controversy
4. Putting all hopes on politicians n the government
5. Mixing up music n politics
6. Greed n self-centeredness
7. Fake love
8. Fake life
9. Disregarding n disrespecting for one another
10. Envy.
I think some of the solutions are the following:
1. Believing in God
2. Dropping the fake live n stay true to your hustle
3. They should stop depending too much on people especially politicians n the government
4. Controversy n envy is really one of the main problems so they should learn how to kill that habit.
5. The fake love is just to much n it as to stop coz backstabbing causes alot destruction in an organization
6. As upcoming artists, they should learn not to attach their musical careers to politics because it can limit u in one way or the other.
7. They should that chasing their dreams outside of Bayelsa n start building fan base outside the state.
8. Bigger n influencial acts should looking down on other smaller artists coz no one knows tomorrow,
9. The act of envy is one main factor that they should try n erase coz it can lead to an evil act n u can't grow as an artist having envy flowing in your veins
10. I think all the music associations leaders, show promoters should try not to be self-centered n greedy so that Bayelsa State can have an effective musical Industry"
