Hip-hop queen, Nicki Minaj has bowed out of music after fifteen years of active career to face her family.
According to the rapper, she’s leaving the music business because she wants to make family life her priority.The 36-year-old Trinidadian-born rapper, who grew up in New York and is known for her outlandish outfits, bizarre alter egos and fast flow, made the announcement in a tweet on Thursday morning.
I’ve decided to retire & have my family. I know you guys are happy now. To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me,in the box- cuz ain’t nobody checkin me.
