The Inec Campus Outreach took place at Niger Delta University, Amassoma Bayelsa State. Timi Dakolo was a special guest in the programme and others. The eleleba Master Jovin also performed, while performing Jovin pleaded with Timi Dakolo to bless him, that he wants to tap from his grace, Timi Dakolo went out with smiles and prayed for him.
