A Man was caught stealing building materials (Rod) in Zarama Community in Bayelsa state.

The man was caught, paraded in the community, disgraced & flogged mercilessly. 

This happened after a man was also caught stealing Loafs of Bread, Sachet Chocolates & Clothes in Zarama Community.
